Ordering process?
Upon receipt of the account opening form, our sales department will send you a confirmation.
You can then place an order directly on this site by creating a request for a quote from your account or by sending by e-mail or fax the references and quantities you need.
Our sales team will send you your proposal including shipping costs and indicating the availability of each product.
Upon receipt of payment, delivery is scheduled by the logistics department.
A tracking number is sent to you so that you can track the progress of the delivery.

Dropshipment?
If you want to request a direct delivery to your customer, it's possible! We offer the Dropshipment solution.
The order process is the same, just specify at the time of the order that the delivery address will be different and that it will be at your customer's home. You can send us documents (delivery notes, invoices ...) to attach to the order. The shipping costs will be charged to you but the invoice will be sent to you directly and not to the customer.
